    Runs the conflict check, defines the scope, applies current law to your confirmed facts, records uncertainty and risk, and approves the legal conclusions before they reach you. Document review is included where the service scope says so.

  • Specialists

    Where a matter needs tax, valuation, information security, a regulated-sector specialist or overseas law, the scope names who covers it before work starts. We say when something is outside our competence.

  • Capacity

    We take on what the responsible lawyer can deliver properly. If a matter needs more capacity or specialist coverage than is available, we tell you at the scoping stage rather than after you have engaged us.

Confidential material is handled only in approved systems, and general legal knowledge is kept separate from client information.
