- What happened
- You build or sell SaaS, cloud, AI or data products, and the contracts and data arrangements have grown piecemeal.
- The decision
- Which contract, data and ownership issues to fix first.
- What Corporly delivers
- A ranked issue map, then the customer contracts, data agreements and ownership work it points to.
What is included, and what is not.
Included
- An issue map across contracts, data, intellectual-property ownership, corporate structure and sector rules
- SaaS subscription terms, master service agreements and data processing agreements
- Supplier, contractor and developer agreements, including who owns the work
- Personal-data arrangements between your company, customers and processors
- Foreign-ownership questions for the business, including whether a Foreign Business Licence or a Foreign Business Certificate is needed
- Sector questions raised by the product, flagged for specialist review where needed
Conditional or quoted separately
- Employment packages for your Thai team, scoped separately
- Coordination with your tax and VAT advisers where a contract or structure raises a tax question
Not included
- Information-security, penetration testing and technical certification are outside this scope
- Tax and transfer-pricing questions are referred to a tax specialist
- Regulated products, such as health, telecom or financial functions, are assessed separately with specialist coverage
- Contracts reduce risk; they do not guarantee enforceability in every dispute
What happens next, and when the fee is agreed.
- Describe the productTell us what you build, who buys it and what is coming up. This first step is free.
- Scope and feeAfter a conflict check, the lawyer confirms what the issue map covers and the fee.
- Issue mapThe lawyer reviews your documents and facts and ranks each issue by consequence and cost to fix.
- Documents and routesYou choose what to fix. Contracts, data arrangements and ownership work are quoted and delivered in order.
- HandoverFinal documents, a record of what changed and the obligations that continue.
How pricing works
The first conversation is free. The issue map is a fixed fee for a defined set of documents and questions. Contracts and data documents are quoted per document or as a defined package. Foreign Business Licence and BOI work follow their own published service terms. Government and third-party charges are shown separately.
A Thai-licensed lawyer leads the issue map and approves every contract before release. Where a question needs tax, security or overseas-law expertise, the scope names who covers it.
How we workIs this the right service for you?
- SaaS and cloud companies selling to Thai customers or operating from Thailand
- AI and data businesses that need clear terms and data arrangements before scaling
- Foreign-owned technology companies working out their Thai ownership route
What we need from you
- What the product does and who buys it
- Your current customer, supplier and contractor contracts
- Where data is stored and processed, and by whom
- Your shareholding and any planned investment
- The decision or event driving the review: a launch, a large customer, a funding round
Questions about technology business support.
Often, yes. The issue map shows which parts work for Thai customers and which need changing, so you pay to fix what matters rather than to redraft everything.
Not sure this is the right document, or unsure what to put in a field?
