Corporate Continuation

What happened
Your company is running, and its meetings, changes, records and filings need to stay in order as it grows.
The decision
What must be completed and evidenced this year, and who looks after it.
What Corporly delivers
Meetings, corporate changes and records work planned around the statutory deadlines, subject to the information and documents provided, a review of what is missing, and agreed recurring support within a written scope.

What is included, and what is not.

Included

  • Annual general meetings, board meetings and the resolutions and minutes they need
  • Corporate changes: capital, directors, signatory authority, head office address, company seal and name
  • A review of the registers, resolutions and filings the company holds, with a ranked gap list
  • Remediation of the gaps you choose to fix, each quoted before it starts
  • A calendar of what falls due, and who is responsible for each item
  • Agreed recurring support under the annual company secretarial scope

Conditional or quoted separately

  • Changes to objectives, articles or shares need their own scope and quote
  • Work outside the written annual scope is quoted before it starts

Not included

  • The annual retainer covers its written scope; it is not unlimited general legal advice
  • Accounting, audit and tax filings are for the company's accountant and auditor
  • We cannot promise a registration date: the authority sets its own processing time

What happens next, and when the fee is agreed.

  1. Tell us what is dueDescribe the meeting, change or records question. This first step is free.
  2. Scope and feeThe lawyer confirms the work, what is excluded and the fee, in writing, before anything is filed.
  3. The workDocuments are prepared for signature, filed where a filing is required, and recorded.
  4. HandoverThe filed documents, the updated records and the next items in the calendar.

How pricing works

The first conversation is free. Standard corporate changes and meetings are fixed fees per item. A records review is quoted against the records you hold, and each repair is quoted before it starts. The annual secretarial scope is agreed in writing. Government charges are shown separately.

Any legal analysis in this service is done by a Thai-licensed lawyer, who approves the conclusions before they reach you. Whether a lawyer also reviews a particular document or filing depends on the scope you accept, and the written scope says so before work starts. Corporly's systems organise intake, track sources and prepare drafts. They do not decide anything.

Questions about corporate continuation.

No. It covers the meetings, records and eligible changes written into its scope. Other work is quoted before it starts.
