Investment and Market Entry Readiness

You finish with a written route into Thailand: the structures open to the activity you describe, the assumptions each one rests on, the questions still unresolved and who has to answer them, the documents you would need, and the scope of the implementation work that would follow. It is a decision document, produced before you commit to a structure.

Not sure this is the right document, or unsure what to put in a field?

Scope and deliverables

What this service includes

  • A structured scoping conversation about the business, the intended activity and the decision behind it
  • Review of the entry routes available for that activity, with the ownership and licensing dependencies of each
  • A written route setting out the assumptions each option depends on, stated explicitly rather than left implied
  • A list of the questions that remain unresolved, and who needs to answer them
  • A document list for the route you choose
  • A defined implementation scope, so the work that follows is quoted against something written
  • Identification of any point that needs a specialist or a qualified reviewer before you proceed

What we need from you

Information required from the client

  • A description of the activity you intend to carry on in Thailand
  • The ownership you have in mind, and the investors or parent company involved
  • Your decision date and any commercial deadline behind it
  • Where your customers, suppliers and staff will be
  • Any advice or quotation you have already received on the same question

Who it's for

Is this the right service for you?

  • Foreign businesses deciding how to enter Thailand, before a structure has been chosen
  • Investment teams that need the route and its dependencies in writing for an internal decision
  • Founders who have had conflicting answers on ownership or licensing and want the question properly scoped

Limitations

What this service does not cover

  • The assessment sets out routes and dependencies — it is not an approval, and no authority is bound by it
  • Foreign Business Licence and BOI promotion are distinct pathways with their own checklists and reviewers; the assessment identifies which applies, it does not make the application
  • Tax, accounting, immigration and overseas-law questions are identified and referred, not answered inside this scope
  • Where a route depends on a regulated activity, the assessment names the review required rather than concluding that the activity is permitted

How it works

The process, step by step.

  1. 01

    Scoping conversation

Tell us the business event: what you want to do, where the decision sits and when it has to be made. This conversation is free.

  2. 02

    Confirmed scope and fee

Where substantive analysis is needed, you receive the assessment scope, what it covers, what it excludes and the fee — before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Assessment

We work through the available routes, the assumptions behind each and the questions still open, and refer any point that needs a specialist.

  4. 04

    Written route

You receive the written route, the document list and the implementation scope, and a call to walk through them.

  5. 05

    Your decision

Implement with Corporly, implement elsewhere, or stop. The assessment is yours either way.

Pricing

How pricing works for this service

The scoping conversation is free and does not quietly become a paid consultation. Where substantive analysis is needed, the readiness assessment is quoted separately and agreed before it begins. Implementation work is then quoted against the scope the assessment produces, so the two are never bundled into one unexplained figure. Government charges are identified separately from the professional fee.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about investment and market entry readiness.

A registration quote assumes the structure is already decided. This assessment is for the stage before that, when the route itself is the question. If registration turns out to be the straightforward answer, we will say so and point you at the registration service rather than sell an assessment you do not need.
