- Embassy or consular legalisation
- Coordination of additional legalisation by the relevant embassy or consulate where required by the destination country or receiving authority.

- Review of signing, witnessing, supporting-document and authentication requirements before the document is executed or submitted.

- What is the difference between notarisation and legalisation?
- Notarisation generally involves certification by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney, such as witnessing a signature or certifying a true copy. Legalisation is a separate authentication process that may involve the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy or consulate of the country where the document will be used.
- Do I need to appear in person?
- If your signature must be witnessed, you will generally need to sign in the presence of the Notarial Services Attorney. Certified-copy or legalisation requirements may differ. Corporly will confirm the attendance requirements after reviewing the document.
- Should I sign the document before submitting it?
- Do not sign a document requiring witnessed signature notarisation until you have received signing instructions. You may upload an unsigned copy for initial review.
- What documents can be notarised?
- Common requests include powers of attorney, affidavits, declarations, consent letters, contracts, passports, identification documents and corporate records. Whether a particular certification is appropriate depends on the receiving organisation's requirements.
- Does notarisation automatically make a document valid overseas?
- No. The receiving country or organisation may require additional legalisation, embassy authentication, translation or other formalities. Corporly will confirm the proposed process after reviewing the intended use.
- Can Corporly provide an immediate quotation?
- The scope and fee depend on the number and type of documents, whether a signature must be witnessed, the destination country and whether Thai MFA or embassy legalisation is required. Corporly will provide a scope and quotation after the initial review.
