Selling Online in Thailand: Do You Need Direct-Marketing Registration?

Selling goods or services online direct to consumers in Thailand can count as direct marketing under the Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act B.E. 2545, which requires registration (section 27). Exemptions cover, for example, individuals with online sales up to THB 1.8 million a year and registered SMEs.
