If your platform connects businesses, consumers or users for electronic transactions in Thailand, it may need to notify the Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) before operating. Full notification applies above THB 50 million a year platform revenue in Thailand for a company, or 5,000 Thai users a month. Smaller platforms give a shorter notification. Platforms outside Thailand serving Thai users are covered.
