Travel Platforms in Thailand: The Tourism Business Licence

Selling trips that arrange accommodation, food, guides or other services for travellers is a tour business under the Tourism Business and Guide Act B.E. 2551 and needs a licence, online sales included (section 15). A company applicant needs at least 51% of its capital held by Thai individuals and a majority of Thai directors (section 17).
