It is difficult to judge a professional service before you have bought it. One thing that helps is seeing how the work is actually defined — what a scope looks like when it is written down properly. The following is a sample for a straightforward Thai company registration.

- Drafting of shareholder agreements or other contracts
Excluding these does not mean we cannot do them. It means they are priced and agreed separately, so the fee you are quoted is the fee for the work described and not a figure that moves once the matter starts.
What we need from you
- Identification documents for each shareholder and director
- Confirmed shareholding split and registered capital figure
- The company's intended activities, described in enough detail to check against the objectives
- The registered address and evidence of consent to use it
- Confirmation of who will have authority to sign for the company
How the fee is presented
The professional fee for the scope is stated as a figure. Government filing charges are listed separately, because they are the government's charges and not ours. If the structure is not standard, we say so and quote for it specifically rather than applying a standard fee to a non-standard matter.
