What this service includes
- Five standard documents: Basic Employment Agreement, Basic Lease Agreement, Basic Power of Attorney, Basic Service Agreement, Basic NDA
- Structured intake tailored to the document you select
- The Basic Service Agreement includes Annex 1 (Scope of Services and Deliverables), completed and attached to every agreement
- The Basic NDA is a one-way confidentiality agreement, available in English only
- Thai, English, or bilingual output for the other four documents, matching your selection
- The draft verified by a lawyer before it is released to your Corporly workspace
What we need from you
Information required from the client
- The document type you need
- The parties to the document, with full legal names and addresses
- The key terms specific to that document (dates, fee or rent, term, and similar details)
- For the Service Agreement: the scope of services and deliverables (Annex 1)
- For the NDA: the purpose of disclosure and the named individuals who may access the Confidential Information
- Your language preference — Thai, English, or both (English only for the NDA)

Limitations
What this service does not cover
- Limited to the five standard document types; other document types are not automated and are routed to a consultation
- Templates cover standard terms only — bespoke provisions such as uncapped liability, indemnities, non-competes or exclusivity are routed to a consultation rather than added to the template
- The Basic NDA is available in English only
- A drafted document does not become effective until it is verified by a lawyer and then signed by the parties
