These are standard templates. If you need bespoke terms — such as uncapped liability, indemnities, non-competes, exclusivity, or a non-standard IP split on the Service Agreement — Corporly routes you to a consultation to scope it rather than adapting the standard template.

Is the document in Thai, English, or both?

You choose for the Employment Agreement, Lease Agreement, Power of Attorney, and Service Agreement. When you choose both, the bilingual document carries an auto-translation notice, and for the Service Agreement you select which language governs. The Basic NDA is available in English only for now.
